Caviar ‘Fairy Bread’

Ingredients

  • 6 slices thick cut white bread
  • Sour Cream
  • 30g Polanco Oscietra Grand Reserve
  • 30g First harvest Salmon Pearls
  • 30g Smoked salmon Pearls
  • 30g Brook Trout Pearls
  • Chopped Chives

Instructions

  • Spread sour cream over each slice of white bread to help the caviar and pearls stick to the bread
  • Completely cover the slice of bread with a mixture of the caviar ( this is to resemble the 100’s and 1000’s from the kids version)
  • Garnish with fine chopped chives.
