Caviar Colony

Launched in 2019, Caviar Colony is the first Singapore-founded caviar brand that specialises in high-quality caviar from different species of farmed sturgeon.

With over 10 years’ experience as an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) caviar supplier for renowned caviar brands worldwide, we founded Caviar Colony on the belief that quality caviar should be accessible to a wide range of discerning customers.

The combined area of all Caviar Colony farms totals 800 hectares – all of which run on fresh spring water from the Yunnan Mountains, Northwestern China, providing the best man-made habitat for our sturgeon to live in. We are also one of the few caviar suppliers in the world that produces our own antibiotics-free feed, made with a myriad of herbs, salmon oil, deep sea shrimp, fish and nutritional supplements.

At Caviar Colony, each fish is nurtured from when the eggs hatch to when they mature. For most sturgeon fish, their eggs are harvested only when they reach a certain age or maturity. At Caviar Colony, we only harvest fish that are over 10 years old, to ensure that each batch is of the best quality.

Before harvesting, the fish is brought into a clean operating room where a team of highly trained staff process the fish, efficiently removing the caviar and sifting through each batch to remove impurities.
